Diana’s writing is so rich: the subtlety and humour endear you to the characters and the plot (s) transports you into another world. It’s actually easy to slip back into the familiarity and comfort of this world she has created rather than living in the 21st century. <br />I am so thankful I discovered her books after being introduced via the TV series during lockdown. As an avid reader, I have never reread books to this degree before (except Lord of the Rings) nor felt so strongly that they reflect my journey through life.
