Diana Gabaldon interview on "Love Scotland" podcast

Here's an excellent audio interview with Diana Gabaldon on a podcast called "Love Scotland".

It's about 40 minutes long, and I encourage you to listen to the whole thing. The interviewer asked some good questions, not just the usual ones that Diana gets asked all the time.

Note for anyone who's wondering about how the writer's strike is affecting Season 8: Diana said in this podcast interview:

The Writer's Guild of America, to which I perforce belong, because I write scripts for the show, is on strike at present, which means that I am not allowed to be working on scripts, or outlines, or anything connected with the television show.

Obviously that applies to all of the other writers involved with OUTLANDER as well.

Diana was asked whether Book 10 will be the last one, and she said that she intends it to be, but she would not rule out the possibility of a Book 11, if she gets further into the writing and realizes that there's more.

This is one of Diana's best interviews. When she speaks about Culloden Moor, you can hear the emotion that sacred place evokes for her. Very moving for this listener as well.
